Online Poker Legal in USA?
Online poker may become legal soon in the USA as a recent ruling by The United States Department of Justice (DoJ) appears to clear the way for online lotteries and poker, by reinterpreting the Wire Act of 1961.
President Barack Obama’s administration has declared two days before Christmas, perhaps unintentionally, that almost every form of intra-state Internet gambling is legal under federal law, and so may be games played interstate and even internationally.
